We are the sole UK distributor of Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials Microelectronic Technologies, a world-class supplier of technology solutions to the semiconductor and compound semiconductor markets.
They develop and supply integrated products and technologies on a global basis enabling customers to drive leading edge semiconductor design. We leverage the broad-based technical expertise of Rohm and Haas, in the design, synthesis and manufacture of advanced polymers to offer a range of semiconductor process chemicals that include g-Line, i-Line, single-layer and bilayer 248 nm and 193 nm photoresists; a spectrum of anti-reflectant coatings, and standard and specialty aqueous-based developers.
We are also the sole UK distributor for Microchem Corp (MCC), Mass., USA and Micro Resist Technology (MRT), Germany. MCC develop and manufacture a range of resists based on PMMA, PMGI and EPOXY resin. Their resists are particularly suited to high resolution for direct write e-beam., lift off technologies and thick resist coatings that are chemically and thermally stable.
MRT offer a range of negative and positive resists as well as thermoplastic polymers for nanoimprint lithography and inorganic-organic hybrid polymers for optical waveguides, microoptics etc.
